Mike at Martin’s Creek

Mike has been here three weeks and will be staying on until mid January when he will have a court hearing.  This time is a chance to do things differently and certainly Audrey and I seem to go about our lives ‘doing differently’ without too much reflection on the subject.  Mike is cooking with us and eating as we do most days and brilliantly working on the house and grounds.  We buy food and all items he may need, as he has to stay on the property, so we share a co dependency, with our needing him to feel comfortable and happy about all the changes and difference.

Chicken cooked with garlic, ginger, honey and shoyu.  Ribbons of buckwheat pancakes and boiled carrots.  Chives.
